The Only Way Is Brunette! Megan McKenna dresses down as she shows off her poker straight chocolate locks for a trip to the salon...after fooling fans she had gone pink.

She fooled her fans into thinking she had gone pink with a fluorescent wig last week. 

So no doubt followers will be relieved to see Megan McKenna returning to her trademark glossy brunette locks when she was seen leaving Easilocks Salon in Brentwood, Essex on Monday.

The reality star, 24, styled her chocolate shade tresses in a poker straight fashion after she had her hair extensions removed.

She looked a far cry away from her glamorous nights out on the TOWIE block as she dressed down in a ripped baggy hoodie and skinny black jeans. 

 

Megan sashayed through the car park in towering heeled pointed ankle boots, which added a touch of elegance to her low key appearance in an army-style camouflage cap.

The brunette beauty was glowing with a bronze dusting of make-up and a light slick of pink lipstick.

She is fresh from her swimwear shoot on set in Mallorca, Spain where she debuted a starkly pink hairdo in a choppy bob. 

The Instagram post sent her fans into a frenzy, with fans chiming in 'Wow it really suits you' and 'I'm obsessed'. 

But others were disheartened to see the Essex native had ditched her trademark locks.

One follower wrote: 'What have you done to your beautiful hair? Sorry don't like it girl.'

The singleton has been immersing herself in solo projects in recent weeks.

It appears she has been using the time to mend her broken heart following her dramatic split from her co-star Pete Wicks.
