Amber Rose knows how to heat up the red carpet - rain, hail or shine - and she flashed major skin in a crimson crop tip with a matching cut-out maxi skirt when she arrived at the MTV Movie & TV Awards on Sunday.

And as she arrived at downtown Los Angeles' Shrine Auditorium alongside the likes of Cara Delevingne, Hailee Steinfeld and Zendaya, she managed to remain glam as an unseasonable storm washed out the red carpet. 

The ladies, who wowed in their eye-catching ensembles of choice, were among a host of stars who dashed for cover as water and hailstones flooded the event, and managed to pose up a storm under a make-shift shelter.

Amber, who has a four-year-old son with rapper Wiz Khalifa, highlighted her hourglass figure in the red hot ensemble by Bao Tranchi, with a bra-style top barely containing her assets.

She glittered with her diamond rings and hoop earrings as she posed up a storm on the carpet.

MTV kicked off the start of summer viewing season with its Movie & TV Awards, although the event's red carpet began with a massive hail storm.

Celebrities arrived to the annual event with umbrellas in hand as they dodged the downpour and windy conditions.
