Katy Perry's new song Bon Appetit was released on Friday.
And
the lyrics were some of the raunchiest she has ever delivered. The
chorus includes: 'Cause I'm all that you want, boy / All that you can
have, boy / Got me spread like a buffet / Bon appétit, baby /
Appetite
for seduction / Fresh out the oven / Melt in your mouth kind of lovin' /
Bon appétit, baby.'
At
the moment the 32-year-old songbird appears to be single after a spring
breakup with Pirates Of The Caribbean actor Orlando Bloom.
The star also croons: 'Want to keep your satisfied / I'm the world's best cherry pie / I am on the menu.'
'I
think I used to be the queen of innuendo and I woke up a little bit
more, educated myself a little bit more,' she told E! earlier this year.
'Obviously I don't know all the answers, and maybe I'm a little bit more the queen of subtext.'
She added: 'You're going to have some of
that good 'ol Katy Perry, fluffy stuff that you love so much. It's got a
wide range of feelings and emotions and I just feel a little bit more
conscious than I ever have.'
Also on Friday the blonde was seen handing out pies - which goes with the Bon Appetit theme - to awaiting fans.
She was in a truck from Sweetery NYC.
This comes after she was raked over the coals for working with Migos on the song.
As
soon as the cover art for the track was released on Wednesday, many of
her 97 million followers expressed their anger because the rappers have
made homophobic and misogynistic comments in the past.
Katy shared a photo of the single art that had her face on a plate of fruit.
Three hands - some tattoo'd, all with diamond jewelry on - reached for a piece.
It
clearly stated that Perry had created the song with Migos, an American
hip hop group composed of three rappers, known by their stage names
Quavo, Takeoff and Offset. They formed in 2009 and are from
Lawrenceville, Georgia.
